Do you require a credit check?

No. Most of our loans are based on the equity of the property, not the borrower's credit score.

How fast can I get funded?

In many cases, deals can close in as little as 1–3 business days once title work is ready and all docs are signed.

Do I need to provide tax returns or income documents?

No. These are asset-based loans. We don’t require income verification or tax returns.

What types of properties do you lend on?

We lend on single family, multi-family, rentals, condos, and most commercial property types.

Are there upfront fees?

No application or upfront fees. Fees are only collected at the time of funding and disclosed clearly in advance.

Do you work with new investors?

Yes. We work with both experienced and first-time investors.

Can I use the loan for a property I already own?

Yes. You can use your home’s equity to get cash-out for renovations, investments, or other business purposes.
